Everything very professional. Petcash is confident and calm in everything he does. I should know, every time I visit I have been a challenge and he's always risen to the occasion.

The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I do however have reservations about the COST of this provider, my consult cost way too much. My guess is that I will go with another provider.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
