They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Was there for 6 hours to get an x ray that I already had done of my son's tooth 2 weeks prior. They will try to get as many visits as possibly out of one issue. Assembly line dentistry to say the least!

My comments: I have seriously waited an easy 2.5 hours before having my teeth woried on. I waited in the wiating room for 2 hours, then when in the chair, waited anotehr half hour. Was in the office for a total of 4 hours. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!! Long waits are not uncommon at this dentist. I also find that they find things wrong with your teeth when there is nothing wrong. I also believe that The Dentist whose last name starts with Z, has drilled other teeth than the one that was being worked on while my mouth was numb for the purpose of ruining my other teeth to secure future business. I also had to file an insurance complaint against this same dentist when he put a silver based cap on a front tooth when it should have been a white tooth. The dentist did not want to correct the problem. it was verry embarrassing to walk around with the ugly tooth for 2 months until they ccorrected it. There are so many things wrong with my teeth now thanks to Rowan, and no other dentist will touch my teeth due to liablitlity issues. I am forced to continue to go back to Rowan in order to get many dental issues corrected. Bottom line is: DON'T GO HERE!!!
The poll answers: I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
