I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

This dentist is arrogant and self-righteous. She performed procedures on my children that I did not authorize. She did work and then informed me that she had performed these procedures after the fact with the explanation that she hurried and completed the work because it would not have been paid for after her upcoming birth date. When I contacted the insurance company, I was informed that this was not the case and she had another eight years to receive the work. When I spoke to her about having performed work without authorization or even showing me x-rays, she became very hostile and aggressive in her communication. She told me that while I "may" be intelligent, I can't understand x-rays. Further, if she finds something while she is working, she doesn't have time to discuss what has to be done with me. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone who desires open communication, permission for work done in the case of a minor child, nor professionalism in the handling of complaints. If you enjoy being treated like a moron and having claims denied for services not covered, then by all means take your child to this dentist.

DR TURNER IS GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES!SHE AND HER STAFF ARE VERY ACCOMODATING AND MAKE WHAT WOULD BE A TENSE SITUATION, VERY COMFORTABLE.
I WOULD RECOMEND HER HIGHLY TO ANYONE!!
