PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!
I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment it was really annoying. Not to mention when you call the office for anything it either rings off the hook, is busy or the rude staff puts you on hold and then picks it up only to hang up on you. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Most of their office staff is extremely rude, I noticed ants crawling around in one of the rooms I was put in and I really wish I had read all the other reviews on this place before I started going here! I will absolutely be switching dentists!

Not at all happy with being lied to by the dentist not once but twice during the procedure. Then the staff lying telling me both dentist were gone for the day .
I will never go back .

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Dentist never talks....not a word. Very unprofessional. Find another dentist.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
