I have a horrible tooth ache. At first they get me in give me xrays, send me home with a prescription to kill the infection so they can get the tooth out. 2 weeks later I have no appointment with none in the works. The infection is coming back and the pain is 10 fold what it was. I have no insurance and am on unemployment. They wont even call in a prescription to help with the pain they recommend going to the emergency room. Okay so you killed the infection to get the tooth out and help me because I have no insurance and are a clinic that is there to help less fortunate people. Then when the infection is gone and the tooth can be removed safely you have no appointment for me. Then you make me wait another week as the infection returns rampant and is worse then before. Proceed to tell me to goto the emergency room where my bill we be thousands of dollars that I do not have to receive service?? Unreal I think next time instead of waiting a month for these people to have an available appointment I'll goto a regular dentist and pay the extra 300 dollars to have actual care!!!
