It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.
