I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
