I was assured they would be able to make the denture I needed. After a great many visits they final threw up their hands and said "that's the best we can do". It did not fit correctly, and broke not long after.

This did not prevent them from keeping my money, and the money they took from my insurance company however.

Their fees was higher than is appropriate for this area, but what can you do? In any case, if they had been able to make a proper fitting denture I would have been angry about the cost, but glad to be able to chew food again.

As it is, they took the money without providing the service paid for.

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
