as a dental-phobe they are very nice and helpfull. they help ease pain and fear. they work with kids and understand kids dont sit still all the time.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious with very comfortable seating. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money, as they do not talk about their rates in advance, which can add up quickly and be unexpectedly costly. I actually had to request information about what I would be paying for my treatment and xrays, just before they got started.
