When I left my appointment, I was in a lot of pain. Days after I was still in pain. They should have been more careful. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here, money is. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
