The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
