I have been very pleased with the services I receive from Dr. Lad. I am a little apprehensive when I have a tooth filled. The way he does the numbing injections is the best I've experienced. He was also very helpful with the assistance he provided when I needed to consult a periodontist. I highly recommend his office.

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They messed up my root canal and could never fix it, a year later it is still messed up. They overcharge people with insurance, but give huge breaks to those paying cash. which makes no sense when my husband just paid 550 in cash for a crown, then our ins. will pay 550 more, but they told my friend with cash 350 for a crown.

Dr. Lad and his staff are wonderful to my whole family. We recently found him when we were looking for after hours emergency care for our foster child. Tej took great care of her and we moved our entire family to his practice!
