I have brought my children to Dr. Su for 4 years now and they love to come. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. My kids were a little scared to go to a dentist at first but the staff and Dr. Su helped to explain things to them to help make them more comfortable. Now they enjoy going for their visits. They love the video games and the tv's they watch while they are in the chair. They also love getting their coin to choose their prize when they are finished!

My 3 girls have been going to Dr. Su for 7 years and they never complain about a trip to the dentist. They know the visits are going to be quick and there has never been any pain involved. There has been some slight discomfort when fillings are involved, but Dr. Su and his staff try and minimize that as much as possible and they are always very quick with their work. My youngest daughter has a genetic issue that affects the enamel on her teeth and Dr. Su always lets her know she is doing a great job brushing and it isn't her fault her teeth are a little more prone to cavities. We have never had a problem with any of the dental work we have received.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Su's for several years now and we have been extremely happy with the level of care and professionalism of he and his office staff. Each member of Dr. Su's office team are friendly and extremely accommodating. Going to the dentist can be a scary thing to many children, but Dr. Su's easy going and friendly personality have made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. My son's only complaint is that they are so quick and on time with every appointment that he doesn't have enough time to play all the video games in the waiting room.

My children had all seen Dr. Su
We are now going to Dr. Girdlestone and he has had to repair all the fillings in my son that Dr. Su had put in (I just called because the final filling Dr. Su had done has broken) and he had to pull one tooth that Dr. Su had "fixed" twice. My daughter had gone in for her 6 month check-up, Dr. Su stated all was well. Approximately 3 months later she had gaping holes in several of her teeth and had to have four capped. It was an awful experience for her and caused her a lot of pain. Dr. Su stated it must of been something that she ate for that to happen so quickly after her check-up. I also just made an appointment for both my son and my daughter with Dr. Girdlestone to each have a filling repaired that Dr. Su had done.
I called their office to tell them that we won't be coming back and that I wasn't paying for the last tooth that Dr. Su fixed because another dentist just had to pull that tooth it because it was so damaged. I received a letter shortly after telling me I had to pay or they would report me to the credit bureau and it was my fault his teeth were like this because we missed an appointment earlier in the year.
