It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
