I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they did make extra effort It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. No cologne was woren as far as I know. To cover my nose the entire time was because of the stinky bathroom, not the fault of the employee's there. I could hardly stand being in the room. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
