They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

The thing I like best about Leahy's office is that they are VERY conscious of out-of-pocket costs and what insurance will cover. I have been to other providers who treat you first then worry about costs later. I have found that Leahy's group will often check to see how much insurance will cover first and then will let you know what it will cost you before they perform the procedures. This is very much appreciated.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
