They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. I will absolutely return. Dr. Conrath is great with kids.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return. I had a great experience, and they handled my anxiety over seeing a dentist very well!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Call backs from front office are rare. Dentist has never called me to discuss or apologize to me regarding an on going problem with the delivery of and the seating of a partial that has not been handled by three different dental labs. I have been without a partial for almost a year. First lab did not send back my first partial that needed relined. Lab finally admitted that they lost my partial. New impressions were made for a new partial to be made by lab in California that made my first partial at no cost to me. Six months later new partial not received by dental office. Many, many excuses were made and passed on to me through front office. Finally, partial was delivered but it was broken. Dentist made arrangement for her local lab to fix to no avail. Partial was then sent to another lab with the assurance that they could fix in two working days, send back over night express-two weeks later-no partial. This dentist is not open on Fridays. No arrangements are made for lab deliveries on Fridays or Saturdays. Cases are sent back to lab and again arrangements are made for delivery and for some reason or another I'm told that deliveries were attempted on Fridays and Saturdays and sent back to out of state labs. This has been going on for almost a year. A temporary partial was never suggested and I'm sure my teeth have shifted because of time that has passed since this series of put offs started. The dentist is a very good dentist but her chair side manner leaves a lot to be desired. She left all of these difficulties up to her front office staff (dealing with me and the labs). I know this because I asked if the dentist has gotten involved in speaking with labs and I was told no. I said, "it's past time for her to get involved with the labs and with my problem". For preventative dentistry and non complicated cases, count on her but if problems occur during your treatment period;
don't count on her assistance. As I stated before, she has never called me about this matter. She did not get involved until I asked that she get involved. What a mess.

I am afraid of dentists and have a lot of discomfort when I get my teeth cleaned. I was very happy with this office.I felt comfortable and they didn't make me feel bad for not having gone to the dentist in a long time. Unfortunately they didn't accept my insurance, so I can't go back here, but if they accept your insurance I would definitely use this dentist.
