Moved to Buffalo area and was in search of a new dentist. Upon reading a ton of online reviews I decided on Buffalo Dental Group and am so lucky I did.

From the initial exam to the fillings and cleanings it has been an absolute joy going here.. which is saying a lot for a dentist office haha. The service and attentiveness is where they lead the charge, but the dental work is of course also incredible. I found my new dentist!

Lisa is a GREAT hygienist.
However, the front desk charged me for my cleaning even though I have dental insurance and cleanings are supposed to be free. I’ve never been charged for a cleaning before. When I questioned it the lady just said I had to pay. I’ll be calling my insurance to verify the charges for cleaning. If there’s any discrepancy I’ll be finding another dentist that doesn’t charge me $107 for a cleaning that should’ve been free.

The experience is always complete, from the warm greeting upon entering the office, having the concern of assistants, being fully informed by the dentist, to the end results. The inlay work recently done on two teeth is wonderful. It’s great to have my mouth functioning properly again. Thank you to Krista and Dr. Bolger.
