Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
