Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room and there was cable tv to watch. I was able to find some of my favorites magazines and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Pretty rude. Took my 4 year old to get a cleaning. The dentist just said "open your mouth" my son opened a little (he's scared of course) then the dentist says "I can't get in there if you don't open your mouth" i thought my son was going to cry. he just opened his mouth, looked at his teeth for all of 15 or 20 seconds then cleaned it in all of MAYBE at best 60 seconds. Won't be going back. Which is too bad because the staff are some of the nicest people i've come across in an office.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The above reviewers clearly had a bad experience but not what the office is ever like. I bring my whole family there and have been for years now and would never go anywhere else.

i had an appointment with this doctor today. he is a horrible dentist and please people do not go to this office. i was very offended. he talk down to me he didnt like the insurance that i had so he didnt want to do certain procedures that dentists normally do until he found out if it was covered. he is not friendly and he is not inviting. even my daughter said she didnt want to come back there ever again. the receptionist even said she left out all the information that he needed for my visit as far as payments and stuff but he didnt look it up. i am very scared of the dentist and he was not sympathetic. he sat down next to me and told me to open my mouth not how are you what brings you here nothing like that. i have a heart murmur and usually dentists always give me antibiotics before they do anything to me. he didnt say anything about my heart murmur he cleaned my teeth but he didnt scrape it or get the plaque out or anything. it was messy he was not nice. he said he didnt do root canals and i had to see someone else but when you look at his website the patients are talking about the fact that he does root canals in the office so why did he refer me somewhere else i wonder. he is horrible and not caring. i felt horrible after going there. i never felt so humiliated and worthless in all my life. i am use to dentists that are gentle and work with me to relax my nerves. i am not sure what made him treat me that way but he was horrible and now that i see someone else made the same comment i know its not me. he needs to be reported. he talked about my insurance the whole time he was doing my teeth that its not real insurance and all this stuff but no one else has ever treated me this way. i told the receptionist that i would look for another dentist and walked out when i was done. it was very cold in that office there wasn't anything friendly about it.

Ill break it down:
- worst and rudest attitude ever
- lied about copay
- quick in and out and missed procedures

I have been to many dentists and this one flat out is the worst dentist I have ever been too.

I am not writing this to damage this man's business, which it might. I am writing this because no one should do business like this man. He needs to shape up his attitude. If he was nice, warm, and not condescending i wouldnt mind that he rushed me along and lied about my insurance.

He probably wouldnt need to lie about the copay if his business was doing well. But no one's business could do well with his attitude.

Unbelievable!

Never again.
