Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Not to mention they speak Russian to eachother right in front of you while their looking right at you or you xray. All they want is money.

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
