I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I JUST WANT TO ADD THIS TO MY STATEMENT: I HAD A ROOT CANAL DONE (2, ACTUALLY) AND LITERALLY STARTED FALLING ASLEEP WHILE DR. WARNER AND HIS NURSE WORKED ON ME!! AND, I HAD NOTHING TO "KNOCK ME OUT.." (I highly recommend Dr. Warner and his staff... They are the nicest and happiest people I have ever met or seen in a doctor's setting. I even gave him a good recommendation on my FACEBOOK PAGE !!) Back in 1985, when my mom was still with us in this world, I took her to Dr. Warner and she had a tooth pulled.. My mom had Parkinson's Disease and when the day came for her to have the stitches removed, I went into the office and said that she was having a very, very hard time moving around that morning and it was going to take me a bit of time to get her in... He said he would come outside, to the car and remove her stitches and YES HE DID !!! that was almost 30 years ago, and that meant a LOT to me!! it showed me what a nice, caring person and doctor he is. The nurse came out to the car also with the instruments on a small stainless steel tray and everything was very very sanitary. These are the doctors we want!! I urge everyone to go to your neighborhood doctor, whether it be a dentist, GP, or other kind. To say the least, and you can tell, I am very, very impressed with his mannerism and kindness... Thank you, Dr. Warner and staff....I am now in my 60s, but he will remain my dentist for the rest of my life ! xoxo !! Mary Jane
