They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had 4 fillings done in 1 day/visit and it went very smoothly. he asked me if I was okay every 3 minutes during my fillings and I was very pleased when I left. The shots did not hurt at all and that is what people are nervous about but it went smoothly and I'm glad that I went. My wait time was very short - about 7 minutes ! ! He also took time at the end to talk to me and give me a mirror to see results,etc. thank you

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.

Yes, they should have been more gentle

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Yes, I was in agony!

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.
