My dentists is Dr. Creary and he is a highly proficient dentist with excellent chairside manner. He fixed my teeth up perfectly...2 crowns and a large refilling. I felt extremely confident the entire time he worked on my teeth and I am very much satisfied with the end result. In addition, the office staff was very friendly to me and helped me out with the financing aspect of my visits and work done. Overall, I give the entire experience a solid 5 stars.
I've been going here for years, they're good. I had a crown put on that didn't fit well, they got me a new one at no charge and it matches perfectly to my other teeth.
Contacted this provider and asked to schedule full mouth x-rays and a cleaning. First impression of the receptionist was that she was obnoxious. Never received a reminder, so when my calendar went off today that i had an appointment, I called to confirm. Got the same attitude. Great way to start my day. Hygienist botched the first round of full-mouth x-rays, had to take 70% over. Dentist poked around in my mouth and gave me a bunch of referrals to visit other people. Rude receptionist came back in and said "the work will be $$$ and we can schedule an appointment for that." Okay, well what about my cleaning? Oh, well that's a different appointment, regardless of what you called to schedule with us. Receptionist circled my post-insurance estimate on a form and said "sign here", which would have legally bound me to the work they were telling me to do. No explaination, nothing, just a big X on the signature line. I told her I was not signing any contracts until I reviewed it against my insurance policy, so in return I get a muffled scoff and she hands it to someone else and says "make a copy of this." She then tries to tell me that I'm not making any obligations by signing the paper. Let me quote the signature line to you: " I REQUEST AND AUTHORIZE THE DOCTOR AND/OR SUCH QUALIFIED ASSIGNEES TO PERFORM THE DENTAL WORK LISTED ABOVE." Sounds like a contract to me. I don't agree with their assessment of my dental health anyhow, as they pointed out things I've already had fixed saying they need to fix them despite the fact that nothing has changed. Three people I dealt with in that office and i'm batting 0 so far. Receptionist was rude and snappy, hygienist was incompetent, and dentist was greedy (but pleasant). Oh, and the lobby had a terrible odor, hateful to the nose. End result: I have a set of full mouth x-rays that I need to pay to transfer to my new dentist, one of my annual allowable dental visits provided by my insurance has been used up, and I have the pleasure of warning others to take their business elsewhere.
My dentist was great. The receptionist and hygienists are unprofessional and very rude. My appointment was rescheduled for the hygienists convenience and when I showed up 10 minutes later than scheduled was told I could not be seen. Horrible unprofessional practice. I will seek my dental care elsewhere.
