He messed up a lot of my teeth. He leaves work unfinished, and causes more problems than you came with. He's a good guy, just a bad dentist.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. . The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

However, the hygienist i see. I didn't care for. I firgured I would give it a few visits before I made a final judgement. My last visit put the nail in the coffin. At every visit my teeth are cleaned within 10 minutes. I thought that was fast but i let it go. My last visit My appointment was at 12:30 I was home by 12:52. Water was sprayed all over my face as she was cleaning my teeth. I had a waterfall down My chin soaking through the bib right through to my shirt. I wasn't offered a tissue or towel to wipe the water off of my face dripping down the side of my eye. She jumped all over my mouth picking between my teeth instead of working in a methodical manner from one tooth to the next.. I have never received a complimentarytoothpaste or toothbrush after any of my visits, but the one time this hygienist gives me a complimentary toothbrush she shoves it between my face and the rinse bowl as I was rinsing stating "here". I should have followed my initial impression and requested another hygienist, but I did not and I don't want to go back there again.

To be fair however, When Dr. Shah installed my crown It took two visits and at each visit he and the two hygienists working with him ( two young and very pleasant women) explained everything at every step and asked if I had questions. It was a pleasant and comforting experience.
