There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I highly recommend Dr. Kanner and his professional staff. The personal service and great care that is provided at every visit is exceptional. I am confident that I am getting the best dental care available.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
