Unfortunately, this office does not conduct itself in an honest, ethical or polite manner. They overcharge, fail to submit claims to insurance companies and keep terrible/inaccurate records. The Office staff is unfriendly and unnecessarily rude and combative. They scam what they can get out of pocket and when you inquire about charges they are nasty and actually present false information. Also, the turnover of dentists and hygenists in the office is often. My son has never seen the same person twice. This is a money making factory- not a wholesome family practice as it boasts. I will not be returning.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

I went in to find out how to take care of my small gap in between my 2 front teeth. They only suggested porcelain veneers. Which I ended up doing there and they destroyed my teeth and gums.They barely gave me any information at all after spending thousands of dollars with them. Long story short I had to go to another dentist because a year after having the veneers my gums were in major pain and bleeding. I had to have the 6 veneers removed and tons of dental work to repair the horrid work they did on my teeth. Do not go to this dentist you will leave with more problems and less money. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

This practice is HELL. They are completely incompetent and there is constant turnover. I have had to return NUMEROUS times for a simple filling because the staff is so incapable that they were not able to schedule my appointment for the right amount of time. They also did unnecessary dental work when I was pregnant because their newest dentist wanted to bring in the bucks. Last time I was there I waited 2 and a half hours...was numbed after the first hour...then I waited and waited and waited. Finally, the doctor came to me and informed me he DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS NEEDED TO DO MY CROWN. What kind of practice doesn’t have the right tools...especially after 2.5 hours? I am so upset and pissed off. This guy should be CLOSED.

In this practice you never see that same doctor. The staff is always different. They are beyond rude and inconsiderate. Also Dr. Guerrino has several charges against his license, this I found on the NY licensing website. Many times in the office I personally witnessed patients arguing with the staff over billing problems.
To top it off I am now having problems with sensitivity on the tooth where I got the filling. If this continues I will have to go and have another doctor look at it. I surely hope there is not a problem with the work done.
Never in any of my years of going to the dentist did I have people tell me I needed so many procedures. They are unethical and liars. The customer service is horrific. I have now reported them to the better business bureau. What they do is wrong.

Do not... i repeat do not let this guy in your mouth.. He has had 10 lawsuits filed against him for malpractice. I personally have a dead chin that cannot be corrected which resulted from surgical implants...
