The dentist was okay, but the receptionist was horrendous. It made such an impression on me. She was rude to the point I had my sister call, and she hollered at my sister thinking it was me. I dont understand why they would employ such a crass woman, I really don't. You'll know it's her by her raspy smoker's voice. I will never go here again! I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
