I was en emergency patient and Dr.Gilman was there when I needed him most.. He paid close attention to me and all of my needs were answered. He helped relax and comfort me. Dr. Gilman was warm and professional making tthe whole experience that much more reassuring.The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Gilman is a very special dentist who I would recommend very highly.

No; the equipment needs to be updated

Yes, I had to wait forever.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
Was the dental equipment clean?
No, I don't think they ever sanitize their equipment

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Not at all, other dentists have told me to avoid him/her

They cancel on me all the time.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

I was referred to Dr. Gilman by my Union as a participating dentist. Dr. spent the whole time talking on his cell phone and complaining that my insurance was like welfare. Reminded that he didn't need to accept the insurance. Did inferior work, but changed full amount for bridges. All the work that he did for me rotted out of my head within a year's time. Can't have replaced for 5 years. So I had to have all my teeth pulled out of my head, I'm only 50 years old.

He was Always late for appts. and he had the worst case of bad breath I ever
smelled.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
