They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

This is the most horrible dentist ever!!!!! Ann Schaefer is extremely rough. But gums were bleeding long after the appointment was done, and mind you, I have zero cavities, and this is the first time this happened.
While cleaning my teeth the water sprayed all over the place. When she cleaned my husband's teeth the back of his shirt was wet!
My teeth felt cleaner before going in since I had just brushed them then after. Would not recommend at all. Besides this, they have carpeted treatment rooms which I think is a little odd. With all the spraying water it is a breeding ground for bacteria and fungus. Also, they should fix the sperm inspired wallpaper.
After my treatment I caught the dentist gossiping about me with the receptionist. Nice, very classy!
I feel so upset about this whole ordeal that this is actually the first time ever that I leave a review for a doctor. Please do not go there.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
