Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Very little conversation just lots of billing with no advance notice of options. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they are in their conversations. The dentist was loud and a bit rough around the edges. Felt like I was being scolded by my mother. Felt better but not looking forward to going a again.
