I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I have been going through a lot of dental work w/ my braces and such; and highly recommend my dentist Dr. Morra in Latham.
I’ve had a tooth pulled and he was wonderful. He was the one who recommended my Orthodontist and they are also really great to go to.
His office is very accommodating w/ work hrs, and they send post cards and call for appointment reminders.
The staff is always friendly. Every visit they give me a supply of dental hygiene products, including special floss for my braces.
I feel they go above and beyond for patients.
