The staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The Office Mgr is very rude..looks right at you when you come in the door and does not say hello, merely looks away....

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their appointments are on time and offered at convenient times for working people. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They also take the time to review my account, letting me know what I will be responsible to pay BEFORE they proceed with further work. They are a METLIFE dentist so the rates are in accordance with my insurance.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
