I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The entire support staff is very welcoming. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. They try to make sure you have the same hygienist every time you go for a cleaning. Kirstin is very personable and always remembers me and little personal things we discussed in prior appointments. Dr. Procopio has a very relaxed and good-natured personality but you never doubt that he knows what he's doing. It's obvious that he's enthusiastic about his career. I would recommend this dentist office to friends and family.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
