Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
