The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The staff is very nice and always good with my children. I absolutley would recommend them.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

They are nice but WAY overbooked. On one occasion, my sons did not even see the dentist following their cleaning because the Dr. was still at the hospital from his earlier surgery schedule. Today, I was told that although cleanings are recommended every 6 months, they had no appointments until November which is 8 months away! I find it unacceptable that existing patients in good standing can not get their periodic oral exams as often as suggested! The waiting room has less than 10 chairs and usually, you are left standing while you wait. The lobby is too small for the amount of patients that are booked, let alone the parents and siblings that often accompany a child. On our last visit, I was waiting outside the glass doors until my children were called in because there was not even standing room. With all the problems, I can not complain about the office staff ,the hygienists or the dentist (when he is present).
