They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
