The process often feels like an assembly line, being treated like we are a cog in the wheel. The ortho staff is quite friendly, but the office staff varies from friendly to phony to "can't be bothered". EXTREMELY difficult to make appointments. Why go into orthodontics if you aren't willing to work a bit later in the evening and an occasional Saturday - makes sense.
