Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Dr. Simon is relaxed, yet informed and I completely trust him!

Dr. Simon always gets me in whenever I have an urgent situation. His staff is professional and very nice. All of our family goes to Dr. Simonand we are very happy.

My husband, daughter and I visited Dr. Simon many years ago and would have reviewed him earlier had there been a venue to do so. I was reminded of him the other day and decided to enter a review. When we visited him, he was very enthusiastic, but prescribed several treatments that surprised us, and in retrospect we feel some of them might have been unnecessary. But, worse, during one of those procedures, Dr. Simon injected me with so much Novocaine – despite my protests and even though I informed him previously that I react badly to it – that I became disoriented and ill. Each time he injected me, I protested but he insisted that I needed it. When he finished, I felt awful, but was so upset and angry with him that I just wanted to get out of his office. I sat in my car for a long time while the effects wore off. It was a terrible experience, and we decided that we did not trust him and subsequently switched to a dentist we have been with since.
