I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely.
