They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.

They had magazines for me to look through. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. what I find ironic is that i made a mistake and almost filled out a polling for a different dentist and the questions were different -- they were about value and quality of service, the questions for this dentist are shallow and the poll originally gave them 2.5 stars when I gave answers that definitively said they were bad. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. After she filled the one cavity she found -- she told me it was the only cavity in my mouth-- the other side of my mouth hurt for two weeks. I've switched to NYU dental school and they found 8 cavities and two wisdom teeth that were the source of my pain. They barely cleaned my teeth and NYU dental school let me know that one of the reasons I have so many cavities is because I haven't had a fluoride treatment in a while. These people are there just so you can have someplace to go take care of your teeth when you remember in between shopping at one store or another.

I first went to this dentist 6 months ago because they were open on saturday. I went the staff was rude, they had me sign consents before speaking to a provider that would explain risks and benefits. I saw the hygienest who told me they only offer 2 session deep cleanings, which sounded like some way to exploit my insurance. I refused, she got the dentist and he said that it was fine to do regular one session cleaning. The hygienest was upset, but managed to do a good job of cleaning my teeth in one sitting. The radiologist took an x-ray which showed no cavities. She also did not ask if I was pregnant before taking the x-rays. The dentist came and said i had three cavities. I then insisted that he show me where the cavities were. I looked and took his word. Then a different dentist came and did the filling of the 3 cavities. She seemed fine, she came with her own technician. I left feeling very suspicious about the practice, but thought what are the chances that ths NYU trained dntist would really be unethical (his diploma says he went to NYU). 6 moths later I got a friendly call asking if I wanted to schedule an apt. I said, why not, I'll just get my teeth cleaned. I went, got another set of xrays. yet again no preganacy question, and no cavities on x -ray. The dentist looked in my mouth and said I had 3 cavities. Then by the end he said I had 12 cavities, and that i Needed my wisdom tooth removed. Of note, I am a person who has very good teeth. I got my first cavity at age 22. Prior to coming to this dentist I had 3 lifetime cavities. I go to the dentist annually. Since I came to this dentist 6 months ago he claimed I had a total of 15 cavities. 6 months ago he saw 3 cavities.. How did I develop 12 new cavities in 6 months? Of note the dentist, dr. niederman, said he filled 10 at the last visit and said I should came back next week to have the last 2 filled. Why not fill all? Very suspicious.

The doctors are rude. The speak another language during your procedure so you can't understand what they're saying. They don't use gas and don't care if you are in pain. After a root canal, I was given Motrin for the pain and they refused to give me anything else.

The front desk staff are the rudest people I've ever come across in the medical profession and they wear pajamas to work. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE.
