All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
