They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.

No, they definitely favor certain clients

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

He's very rushed & based on my experience I believe inclined to questionable practices. Upon my 1st visit, he managed to find everything in the world wrong w/me, including the need to replace 4 yr old fillings... I should've known! Futhermore, my insurance was inflexible in covering ALL he prescribed, when I went & explained this his office seemed to agreed w/me & said they'd refile the claim after I'd already paid them close to over $500. Well 3 mos. later I'm still hassling w/these jokers & they're saying I owe them $500 more! If possible consider saving yourself time, grief, money, & avoid these folks.
