No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

The new dentist is great, but the secretary is HORRIBLE with customer service. She is very RUDE. Because of that, I'm choosing to take my money somewhere else.
