Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes, I was definitely uncomfortable

I went to Amalgamated Dental in Union, New Jersey, and found no wait. I thought I had no insurance coverage, but they called anyway and I found that I had good coverage. The people were courteous, professional, well organized; the facilities were neat and clean with lots of chairs available. My daughter and I got great service (especially since we just walked in w/no appointment) and I spent less than I thought I would. My wife has also since been in and received the same great service. I would and have reccomended the office to everyone. AGAIN THANK YOU TO THE DOCTORS AND STAFF.
