They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am a REAL patient of Dr. Eisenberg and my experience with the receptionist was wonderful. She was very pleasant, helpful and accomodating. Dr. Eisenberg himself was wonderful. He explained everythingS to me, was extremly nice and very gentle. I think this office is GREAT.

I am a new patient who will be changing my primary dentist after the first visit. I rely heavily on internet reviews and really appreciate others who leave reviews after their visits, so I thought I should help out others as well. My first visit with Dr. Eisenberg went fine. He seems nice enough and the person who cleaned my teeth was thorough and kind. I am shocked by how I was treated by the receptionist there. Apparently they do not accept debit/credit cards. This is not 1995, but 2012! In this day and age, who does not accept debit or credit cards? But that's not what made me upset. I asked "did you tell me that when I made an appointment?" and the lady said "did you ask?" And I was shocked - I did not know what to say! All the doctors I have visited always accepted debit cards. And the receptionist said it in such a contempt and condescending way. As an employee of that place, it is the employee's job to kindly inform the customers (patients in this case) of their procedures. It is NOT the patients' responsibility to know everything about how things are done. I told the receptionist it would be nice to let the patients know beforehand about the payment options when they make appointments and she looked at me as if I was a dirty thing on the floor. I could go on about how I was treated but I do not want to take up too much of your time. I am someone who is in public services so I know what is expected of customer/public service. I will never return to this dentist's office. I hope you don't waste your time with them either.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to greaout of their way to make me feel special and respected,t lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They went and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. This office was amazing. I have and will continue to recommend my friends and family to this wonderful, highly skilled dental office.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
