They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Dr. Russ has a marvelous sense of humor which is important to me. he is a highly skilled professional who takes the "pain" out of dentistry. I'm glad he's located in my town so I save on gas. I'd be willing to travel up to fifty miles to remain his patient. His staff is also excellent. They are polite, professional and caring.

seriously though most dentist are not very sociable. Dr. Russ is very nice man and the best at what he does. he does sort of look like a construction worker though.
