His staff members are pleasant a do a fine job, but it's clear this man doesn't really want to practice. He wants to bill. He'll see you for all of 20-30 seconds after a cleaning (timed it often, I'm not kidding) so he can bill your insurance for an "exam", but beware of asking for questions or details: it delays him from billing the next person and he gets immediately fussy. God forbid you need any procedure done... that requires staying current with equipment and training and he does neither. Find yourself a dentist. This guy is a glorified supervisor of hygienists.

I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
