This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist's office. The staff is very caring as well as very good at what they do. Dr. Guignard is an excellent dentist. He took his time, he explained everything he was going to do, and his work was excellent. I have had fillings at other offices where my bite was off and I needed to go back for several "adjustments". The fillings I had done at this office gave me back a perfect "bite". Thanks Dr. Guignard and Staff for being caring and very !!! good at what you do.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
Dr. Guignard is the absolute best dentist around & his staff is wonderful also. I've never had a problem with anything there & would recommend him to everyone. Whoever wrote any of the negative stuff is most likely someone who didn't pay their bill & is disgruntled because none of it is true at all!! It's all lies & they should be ashamed of themselves!! I've been going there for a long time & everyone I speak to also loves it there.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Sure
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Yes, he/she looked very professional
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They cancel on me all the time.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Fairly current

Not at all. It was absolutely unbearable

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

No, I wasn't given any helpful advice
