I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I would not recommend this dentist. Wait time is toooo long. She does not give good instructions how to take care of teeth. I did not get clear details about how much each procedure would cost, how much i have to pay etc.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
